Royyal Kangan

At Royyal Kangan, we ensure careful quality checks before dispatch.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is delivered in a damaged condition.

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear images or videos.

Requests for returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage will not be accepted.

Once the issue is verified, a replacement or refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Cancellation Policy

Royyal Kangan reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion if required information is not provided or in exceptional circumstances.

Customers will be notified, and applicable refunds will be processed promptly.

In case of partial cancellation, if the order value falls below the free shipping threshold, a ₹99 shipping charge will be deducted.

Orders are delivered within 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Orders below ₹999 attract a non-refundable handling fee of ₹99.

If an order is cancelled by Royyal Kangan or lost in transit, the full amount including shipping charges will be refunded.

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
